Pink Pantheress rose to fame with homemade sounding, viral, pandemic tik tok hits. A large component of her sonic identity is that homemade sound, and I think this mixtape is proof that you can elevate the production quality of your music without losing that twinkle that still makes her special. Her singing is soft and warm, the beats are inviting and cuddly, like being wrapped up in a cozy oughties inspired blanket. None of the song overstay their welcome, it's short and unfathomably sweet.
