One day, I will stop sincerely enjoying bad media. I will. This hallowed point of enlightenment is in my future, it’s coming, I can feel it. With that said, today is not that day. This book is hilarious. It’s anti-sex, anti-men, anti heterosexuality as a whole. Political lesbianism, all but categorical rejection of the idea that men could love and respect women, dystopian portrayal of romance in general, the book has it all. The author, these days, is mostly concerned with TERFery and similar nonsense, which should be a suprise to absolutely no one. I picked it up after watching a video essay on the problem of kink and feminism, and kind of thought the author was exaggerating. She was not. What can I say I had a blast. Its awful, but fantastic.
