A gorgeous and heartwarming meditation on love, and the possibility of eternal life. Is living life to the fullest for a predetermined amount of time more meaningful than an eternity of existing? Short, infused with a bit of magical realism, but leaning more into fantasy, this is one of the most impactful novels I’ve read.
