An 18th century African prince is turned into a vampire while visiting Transylvania. Two centuries later, he rises from his coffin attacking various residents of Los Angeles and meets Tina, a woman who he believes is the reincarnation of his deceased wife.
Exploitation Meter Nudity – There is a lot of light neck sucking, but that’s it. Violence – Some neck sucking, and an awesome transformation scene at the end. Part of Junesploitation - Day 11 - Blaxploitation! --- En klassiker indenfor blaxploitation, men noget tam og en smule kedelig. Præmissen er ret fed og har virkelig godt potentiale, men den bliver ikke rigtigt indfriet. Havde håbet på en lidt mere laissez faire omgang med vold og nøgenhed, men blev skuffet mht. begge. Til gengæld er transformations scene til sidst awesome!
