After her younger sister gets involved in drugs and is severely injured by contaminated heroin, a nurse sets out on a mission of vengeance and vigilante justice, killing drug dealers, pimps, and mobsters who cross her path.
Pam Grier in her iconic role. Its so much better than I expected. Pam Grier yelling Motherfucker and shooting pimps and drugdealers in their groin is awesome. A great cast with Robert DoQui as the pimp King Georg, Allan Arbus as the sleazy perverted itallian mobster Vitroni and Sid Haig as the sadistical Henchman Omar just makes the movie even better. The movie is quite ingenious in the many different ways to show topless women, mostly its just woman on woman fighting, but it does try to make it seem natural. Great action and great exploitation.
