A high school student is haunted by thoughts of "The Matrix" and a person named "Neo".
The animation style isn't really my cup of tea. Its interesting to see another story of a person getting out of the Matrix. This is the right format thou, no reason to use a whole movie on the skateboarding kid. But great to see an origin story for one of the other characters in the movies.
