How original a group of army dudes versus some sort of eldritch lovecraftian monster. Haven't seen that before in this season.
Surely at some point it's just less effort to film real people instead of animating this realistically. And really if your animation is just a close to realistic copy, then why use animation anyway. I've always preferred the episodes that use stylistic animation as part of the storytelling. That being said, still a pretty cool episode.
