I am a fan of the „looks like a children‘s movie but is not a children’s movie“ genre, I love stop motion and I also get the appeal of the lemony-snickety series of bad events plot, but somehow the story lacked charme and in the end was more depressing that I guess the makes were attempting to be? I really feel bad if I don’t LOVE stop motion movies because I just have so much admiration for the craft and the dedication 🥲
