Way ahead of its time, I think this film would've killed it today. The full CGI look doesn't work all of the time, especially when things aren't moving, but in motion is an extremely effective representation of what a kid imagines while smashing their toy cars together. Some of the sequences are batshit insane with both extremely positive and extremely negative connotations. Without getting bogged down in the details I overall really enjoyed this movie because of its unapologetic style and I would recommend anyone to give the first 15 minutes a shot, they give a really honest representation of what you're in for, and if you vibe with that you'll vibe the rest of the movie.
