Oh God a new season of this dropping as well, we're FEASTING
Season 3 review My feelings for this show are a bit bittersweet. While I almost always enjoy watching it I am also frustrated that it could be a lot better by just adjusting some things slightly. However, it's still a refreshing take on the superhero genre despite releasing over 20 years ago. Season 3 is pretty solid, with some fantastic moral dilemmas, opposite character arcs, flawed main cast and truly epic confrontations. The shit just doesn't stop, the breakneck pacing of the show always keeps things fresh and the scope just keeps increasing and increasing. However there are problems, some confusing character choices, completely inconsistent powerscaling and stiff animation, it's really obvious that most of the budget goes into only a couple of fights, (which I usually wouldn't mind but there are a couple of animated sequences that are just embarrassing) and characters "dying" all the time. All in all I cannot wait for more Invincible and recommend anyone but the the biggest of capeshit haters to give it a shot.
