I'd only ever caught clips but I can never get enough of British panel shows, so I started watching the full eps on Youtube. It's charmingly done, the tasks are funny, and the latest season (19) has some really funny guests. If other seasons are equally stacked I'll probably keep watching backwards All-around lively entertainment
Taskmaster as a show is prefect, wouldn't change a thing I can't believe I'm actually watching a game show on a weekly basis excitedly awaiting new episodes that is unfathomable to pre-Taskmaster Marko. Series 19 wrapped up today. This is probably the best chemistry we've had between contestants in a really long time. Stevie Martin and Jason Mantzoukas are incredible together, Matthew Baynton is relatable and lovable, Rosie Ramsey just feels like watching your mom go on this show and they all kill it with their performances and on stage chemistry, except Fatiha El-Ghorri. Damn I didn't like her at all, she didn't put any effort into any of the tasks and made that her entire personality. That, and "bruv I'm tough I talk shit". So lame and it gets old in episode 1, easily the worst part of the series. Alex and Greg were also on fire this season, which makes sense since I imagine the energy in the studio was easy to work with considering the cast. The tasks were a bit too "creative" for my taste. Could've used a couple more tricky or technical tasks, but if there was any effort required I guess Fatiha would just give up on all of them. Damn I'm a hater.
